Heeeyyy everyone, I’m baaaack :) for another one of my amazing blogs :). < – I was just told too many smiley faces by one of my class mates…too bad for them because I’m going to keep throwing them on!! >:). How was everyone’s thanks giving?? Mine was stocked full of turkey and thank fully I have some left overs for lunch tomorrow. Joined the fam for dinner on Sunday for a HUGE feast. I was so hungry though I totally forgot to take a picture of the actually food itself, so I ended up taking a picture of what was left of the food and the desert table :D.
used a camera phone so the picture will most likely be blurry :)
Well its been another eventful week of being a Mechatronics and Robotics student at BCIT, with more programming, testing, trouble shooting and getting to work in a high power lab. Now you might be wondering what I mean by high power… This lab is literally built for the study of transformer and high power applications; for this one lab we all have to get safety goggles and buy a lock. A lock?….Yup a lock….Its meant to lock the transformer box, when re wiring your circuits or applications, so no one can accidentally turn on the power without you being ready.
In one of my other robot classes we just started programming a gallil machine. It is basically like a CNC machine that you can program to move in the X,Y,Z co-ordinates. I will throw up a video later on this week showing the carving of the first letter of my initials.
If anyone has any questions just ask and I’ll be glad to answer them.
