Hellllloooooo everyone out there, this is my very first post so please go easy on me :D. If you dont already know I am taking Mechatronics and Robotics….yes that is really what the program is called. Now it has been a couple weeks since school has started and I have already gotten a chance to program a robotic arm. It was only to move it from one point to another or to move the wrist but it was still alot of fun, I will add some pictures so you can see what I get to play around with. I have also added a picture and video of a little motor that my instructor passed around class to show us all what a DC(direct current) motor looks like. If you all want to know I am currently in another one of my labs typing this out to you all. Keep in mind all my classes are done for the day and Im taking a much anticipated break from trying to program my micro controller lab to talk to you :D.
Haha some of you may have been told about the rumors about BCIT but dont worry, its not a scary place, you just have to get used to it. If I can work 2 jobs and go to school at the same time, you and I both know its cant be soo bad :).
There are alot of extra curricular programs that you can join or attend while going through BCIT some of which I will be joining and we will be experiencing together such as intramural volleyball, a cooking class, and many many more. So keep tuned for that :D
I will also be showing you the awesomeness the BCIT residence or “Rez” as we like to say, has to offer in case any of you are thinking about moving here next semester on next year.
Buuuutt as for now I shall get back to my lab and let you all go :), do come visit again and I hope you all are enjoying the AWESOME weather outside while we still have it :D!!
